  • 156 --> 175

    “After months of self-study, I scored a 156 on my LSAT. After this disappointing score, I was fortunate to meet Lee. I worked with him for two months and then spent three months practicing what he had taught me independently, with several review sessions during that period. After learning Lee's method, I scored a 175 actual. Lee teaches a method that removes subjectivity from the test and replaces it with a formulaic and objective approach to solving problems. This approach emphasizes understanding flaws, argument structures, formal logic, etc., so students need not rely on intuition when solving problems. Upon learning Lee's method, LSAT problems became more like solving simple math problems as I learned how to rapidly comprehend the stimuli and implement the formulas for solving individual question types. I can not recommend Lee enough! If you are serious about scoring 175+, look no further; his techniques will get you there.”

  • 148 --> 171

    “Lee played a vital role in getting me into the 170s. I started out with a 148 diagnostic and scored a 171 on the official test after 14 sessions with Lee. He has an incredibly organized curriculum that fully prepares students for the test. For logical reasoning, Lee places a strong emphasis on objective elimination of wrong answers, which changed the way I approached the test and greatly increased my accuracy and confidence. He also covers every argument flaw that appears on the test and trains you to recognize them in the question types in which they appear. Learning these was key to my improvements in logical reasoning. His reading comprehension method teaches you exactly what to pay attention to in the passages and makes it easy to breeze through the answers. On top of these things, he is extremely personable and patient. He even provides unlimited extra help outside of scheduled sessions where he can tailor his advice to each student's unique needs. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and beneficial experience.”

  • 164 --> 173

    "When I first sought LSAT tutoring, I wanted someone who could deliver results and offer practical, affordable LSAT advice. Lee did exactly that. When we began, I was scoring between 165 and 168, and he quickly identified what I needed to break into the 170s. His clear, streamlined approach and custom curriculum helped me reach a 173.

    What truly set Lee apart, though, was his support after the LSAT. He stayed engaged throughout my admissions process, helping me compare six T14 offers, leverage scholarships, and negotiate a lower cost of attendance. This ultimately helped me save hundreds of thousands of dollars. On top of this, he also guided me through writing strong letters of continued interest for the many waitlists I was on. I would highly recommend Lee for both LSAT prep and admissions support."

    “I’ve had difficulty trying to write this review because I feel that I cannot properly convey how much gratitude I have towards Lee. If you’re looking for an LSAT tutor, I STRONGLY advise you to at least meet once with Lee. Outside of your famous LSAT prep figures, I cannot imagine someone who knows the LSAT more intimately than Lee. Having undergone the LSAT studying process himself, Lee is not only a seasoned instructor but also one who clearly understands all of the mistakes and flaws that one can make on this exam.

    His curriculum/“system” is one that instills discipline and forces one to analyze every cognitive error made to truly “learn” and improve on the exam. I had always heard that the LSAT is “learnable” and I now understand what this means after Lee’s teaching. Not only does Lee teach the fundamentals of mastering the LSAT, but also the best ways to study, drill, and maintain discipline throughout the process. Lee is a patient yet focused teacher — he comes to lessons prepared, provides detailed and targeted homework, and is willing to get into the weeds when analyzing questions/answers.

    He stresses the importance of preventing burnout and taking care of your mental and physical health throughout the study process, which is something that I find is not emphasized enough during LSAT preparation. I am an anxious test taker, and Lee was kind enough to provide guidance on how to overcome this, as well.

    I imagine that anyone at any stage of the LSAT studying journey can benefit from lessons with Lee. Personally, I had studied for and taken the LSAT previously but wanted to push my score higher. I had exhausted many resources (Powerscore, 7Sage, Khan Academy) and PT’s but I still found benefit from doing Lee’s entire LR and RC curriculum. After just a few weeks with Lee, I took the LSAT and finally scored the 170+ I was targeting. My improved score enabled me to get off the waitlist with a substantial scholarship at my dream school.”

  • 161 --> 171 --> 174

    “I started tutoring sessions with Lee as a final push to raise my score into the 170s range about a month before my exam. I had been scoring around 167/168 on my practice exams and hit a wall in terms of improvement, especially in logical reasoning. We skipped going over the basics since I was short on time, and he instead quickly found some of my most persistent bad habits and worked on correcting those. I saw pretty immediate results and started scoring in the 170s with more consistency. His emphasis on drilling the question types I struggled with most and understanding the concepts behind them is what helped me most. Because of his deep knowledge of the test and question types, he was also able to teach me some easier ways to identify patterns across the exam and answer choices. He also went above and beyond with answering any questions I had and really taking the time to explain the material to me. I tried many different resources to improve on logical reasoning, but it was Lee's teaching style and lessons that really fine tuned my skills and prepared me for test day. I would highly recommend working with Lee for anyone looking to make progress on the LSAT.”

    “I applied to law school after scoring a 164 on the LSAT twice in a row. While I was fortunate enough to receive a deferred offer of admission from my dream school, Michigan Law, I did not qualify for any merit aid due to my score. Luckily, the school allowed me to retake the LSAT during my deferral year, and I reached out to Lee for help shortly after I began studying for the test again. I took seven sessions with Lee over two months and spent an additional month practicing everything I learned from him. In this short time, Lee helped me raise my score to a 172, making me eligible for a significant amount of merit aid.

    Lee’s tutoring is comprehensive and involves far more than just one-on-one class time. Prior to sessions, he provided several learning resources, including his own videos, handouts, and Anki flashcard decks, all of which helped me to internalize his curriculum and come to class ready to apply what I learned and ask questions. After sessions, he sent me detailed feedback, homework, and personalized study schedules that allowed me to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. Lee’s approach to the LSAT is highly structured and helped me to finally begin solving questions in a systematic way. He emphasizes the importance of drilling basic elements of the exam to free up mental space and use time more efficiently. Once I started using his methods, I saw my practice test scores begin to shoot up, despite the fact that I was not studying nearly as much as I did the first time I prepared for the LSAT. I believe this is because Lee helped me to work smarter and not harder.

    Lee was also very transparent about the amount of tutoring I would need to make progress, and he did not urge me to purchase more sessions than necessary. I could tell from this that he genuinely looks out for his students and has their best interests at heart. I am very grateful to Lee for all his help, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone studying for the LSAT.”

    “Working with Lee was the best decision I made in my journey studying for the LSAT. I began my sessions with him believing I understood most of what the LSAT was testing on and felt comfortable with a lot of the material. However, in my time with Lee, I had gone beyond what any LSAT study guide or online service had provided me.

    His knowledge of the topic is vast. He has a very in-depth analysis of almost all topics and structures his lessons in a very digestible way. I found his explanations of certain topics much more intuitive than all the places I had been learning from previously. Beyond topic knowledge, he knows a lot about the LSAT community and how to use the available resources to their maximum potential.

    His instruction was thorough and sincere. It is very clear to see how much time and effort he pours into the lessons he creates and they always leave you with new knowledge. I am not simply singing praises, I sincerely mean this. He cares about the work he does and he will go to any lengths to make sure you are in the best position after every session. He cares about his students and wants to see them learn.

    His guidance and instruction pave the path to understanding almost every aspect of the exam. For anyone beginning to study, or for those who even believe they are already in a good place in their LSAT journey, I would recommend Lee without hesitation. My only frustration was that I hadn't found out about him sooner.”

    “Start studying with Lee as soon as you can and your Law School journey will be much easier. Among the professors, coaches, and tutors throughout my life Lee is one of the most passionate and wise instructors I have ever had. If you are like me, the LSAT does not come naturally and it may seem like an insufferable process at first. Fortunately, Lee not only gives you a formula that makes it easy, but somehow, he convinces you that it is fun. The way Lee taught the material made me want to master it and yet I was still able to work a job and study successfully for this exam in just over three months. He truly cares about his students’ results and is not just out to get paid.

    After about a year of studying through 7sage I received a 159 on the April 2024 LSAT. Lee and I began meeting shortly after this in preparation for the June LSAT where I saw a slight score increase in just three weeks of studying with him. I thought a 160 was my limit, however, Lee believed in me more than I believed in myself. Fast forward to January of 2025, Lee reached out to me again; I hadn’t studied since the June exam and felt desperate as the admissions process was not going my way. He was confident that I could be in the 170’s and convinced me to really buy in. Sure enough, after just three months of studying with Lee, I scored a 170 on the April 2025 LSAT.”
